When checking out
It is important we have all your details in order to facilitate a smooth delivery. Please remember to include especially your local telephone number for us to contact you with.
Delivery within Singapore
At Audio Iconic we provide you with an efficient and convenient method to receive your order. Small packages will be delivered via either SingPost or TA-Q-BIN courier service.
A tracking number will be sent via email or sms. No charge for items delivered using this method.
Larger (heavier) packages such as speakers will be delivered in our very own private jet (i wish), or rather by our young and friendly deliverymen. A one-off delivery charge of S$30 will be imposed (cash payment upon delivery).
When can I expect delivery after I placed order?
To simplify operations and administration, orders made before 12pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same day unless you informed us explicitly otherwise. Orders made after the magic hour will be queued for dispatch next business day.
What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?
Well, we try to keep everything in stock, but in the event of a temporary back-order we will notify you via email (only) within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted via email and advised of an updated dispatch date, if available. You can choose to cancel back-ordered items, otherwise we will keep your order open and dispatch when all items are available.
Remember, domestic credit cards are NOT charged until item(s) ship your way!
Can I split-ship my orders rather than wait for all items to be shipped together?
Yes you can. For orders containing multiple items,we will normally hold shipment until ALL items are in-stock an then ship everything together to minimize shipping costs. Only upon your request, we ‘split-ship’ your in-stock items immediately and then send out-of-stock items to you upon their arrival. There is an additional S$12 ‘split-ship’ service fee (over & above any actual package mailing charges).
Will I be penalized if I decided to cancel my order?
No worries, as long as the item has not been dispatched we will not hold you liable for any penalties. And if you do decide to cancel the order when the item had already been dispatched, you only need to pay for the courier or shipping charges (both ways).
What if I am an overseas customer?
Shipping charges will be calculated depending on your area, please inform us first that you are inquiring from overseas before purchasing.
Generally all international orders will be shipped via FedEx, they are efficient and reliable.
You will given a tracking number once the item to be shipped has been picked up by them.
If you have a preferred shipper please let us know, we will gladly make the necessary liaison.
Note to all International Customers:
We being distributor ourselves, like to be respected of our territorial rights. Therefore we will not ship products to another territory already represented with an authorized dealer.
But to those that are unaffected by such restraints, please be reminded you are responsible for any and all taxes and/or international customs duties/broker fees on your order. Customs declaration: It is illegal for us to under-declare the actual value of any product(s) shipped internationally. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package(s) left our facility.
We require authorization and complete bank verification of all international address orders. We reserve the right to hold all international/overseas orders after charging the credit card for full payment. By placing your international order at www.audioiconic.com, you agree to have the credit card charged at the time of order and you acknowledge that your shipment may not leave our facility for up to two (2) weeks or more in some instances.
