    Warranty Coverage

    All products sold by us here at Audio Iconic are covered by a manufacturers warranty, We advise that you read and understand the coverage and extensiveness of the warranty that comes with your product.

    Some covers Parts and Labor while others only limited to Parts. However, it is safe to assume almost all our products are warranted against manufacture defects for a certain period, for more details please read on.

     

    Repairs and Upgrades

    If you have a product that isn’t functioning correctly, there are a number of options you have depending on when you purchased the item and who made it. Assuming you already consulted the owner’s manual, tried the gear with other peripheral equipment, and conducted obvious troubleshooting, give us a call at 63362362 or (+65) 63362362 for international customers and we will try to help you make sure there’s nothing you’ve forgotten. Our operating hours are 11.30am – 7pm from Mon-Sat.

    You can also email us for help as well. Once you have assessed there is indeed a problem with your item, read one of the following categories to help you proceed with the repair.

     

    One-to-One Exchange (Local Customers)

    Within the 7-days grace period we will promptly replace you with a new unit no questions ask. Well, that is as long as the unit returned is due to manufacturing defect and not a cause of your negligence.

     

    One-to-One Exchange (International Customers)

    In the rare case you have received defective equipment (or if your item has quickly malfunctioned) within first 15 days of receiving it: contact us first right away and we will troubleshoot the problem with you.

    It’s very important that you carefully try all measures necessary in order to determine whether the product is defective or simply not meeting your expectations. We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee for replacement shipping & administrative expenses if we discover the “defective” returned items to be in proper working order. We advise you to ship your item via a traceable and insured method. Audio Iconic will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods in transit.

    Once we have confirmed your item is indeed defective we will send out your replacement item promptly. We will ship out a replacement product to you at no charge as soon as possible typically within three to five business days. If the item has gone out-of-stock since your initial order, the wait may be significantly longer until the item(s) re-stock.

     

    Repairs for Product Under Warranty

    If you report for defects after having received the product over the grace period i.e. 7-days (local) or 15-days (overseas) then you will automatically fall under this category.

    All our products are subjected to a carry-in warranty unless specified otherwise. For international customers, please note that you need to send in the item for repair. We will be responsible for shipping the item back to you. Again, we advise you to ship your item via a traceable and insured method. Audio Iconic will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods in transit.

     

    Repairs for Out-of-Warranty Product (Local Customers)

    You will be fully liable for all costs involved for repair. Part replacement subjected to availability. Apart from the part replacement cost, a service charge ranging from $50-$120 will be imposed for the repair work.

     

    Repairs for Out-of-Warranty Product (International Customers)

    Apart from the costs mentioned above, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us and also to ship back to you after repair. We will ship back the repaired item once all necessary charges are paid. We accept bank transfers and PayPal payments.

     

    Registering Your Product

    We strongly encourage you to register your product with us to take full advantage of the warranty coverage. But please do so only after the grace period i.e. 7-days (local) or 15-days (overseas).
