2. Artist Rights & Royalties
Artists retain 100% ownership of their master recordings, composition copyrights, and royalty payouts. Audio Iconic does not take any percentage of your streaming royalties or publishing income.
3. 100% Anti-Bot & TOS Compliance
Audio Iconic guarantees that all promotional traffic is generated through genuine human listeners, active playlist followers, and targeted video discovery feeds. We strictly prohibit artificial play software, click farms, or automated bots, ensuring full compliance with Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Apple Music Terms of Service.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights or permissions for the music tracks submitted. You must provide a valid, active public streaming URL at checkout.
5. Delivery Timelines & Guarantee
Most campaigns initiate within 12 to 24 hours of order placement. Full campaign execution typically completes within 7 to 30 days depending on the selected package size. If a campaign underdelivers, our Refund Policy applies.
